Returns & Refund Policy
At Silent Sisters LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.
Returns
- Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, and in original condition, with all tags still intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, makeup, deodorant, or alteration will not be accepted.
Refunds
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
- Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase on silentsistersllc.com.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories
- Intimates or bodysuits
- Gift cards
Return Process
- Email us at heysis@silentsistersllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- A return label will be emailed to you.
- Your store credit will be processed once we’ve received the return and verify it is a qualifying return item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Additional Notes
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- Silent Sisters LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
